Built by someone who’s spent twelve years getting to know every client — not just their technology.

I’ve spent twelve years in IT — starting out rebuilding and refurbishing computers before moving into hands-on support, MSP work, and enterprise environments. Over that time I’ve worked with thousands of users across businesses of every shape and size. I get to know every person I speak to. That’s not a technique, it’s how I work.
What those twelve years taught me is that technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is making people feel genuinely supported — heard, understood, and confident that the person on the other end of the phone actually cares. That’s what I’ve always tried to deliver, and it’s what Bee Support is built around.
I started this because I wanted to build IT support the way it should be — where the relationship comes first, the technology follows, and every client has someone who knows their name and their setup before the call even starts.

Problems I’m happy to leave unsolved
Not aspirations written for a website — the filters I apply to every recommendation, every engagement, every conversation.
I get to know the person behind every call — what they’re working on, what they need, what good looks like for them. IT support that feels like talking to a friend, not filing a form.
I’ve worked in environments where every problem had to be solved at first point of contact. That instinct has stayed with me — I genuinely struggle to let something go until it’s properly fixed.
If something can wait, I’ll tell you. If something needs attention, I’ll tell you that too — clearly, and in terms that make sense for your business. No hidden agendas, no upselling for its own sake.
Started in IT at an asset disposal company — rebuilding and refurbishing computers, ensuring every device was responsibly treated. An obsession with doing things properly that’s stayed ever since.
Worked across environments supporting thousands of users over the years — learning that no two businesses, and no two people, are the same. Built a habit of getting to know every person I work with.
Joined a small MSP, rebuilt the relationships, introduced proper tooling, and built something that actually worked. Didn’t lose a single client in five years.
The knowledge is here. The approach is proven. Now it’s time to build the client relationships that deserve it.
Pursuing each certification properly — not for the badge, but because the process makes the business better for every client we serve.

A town that’s easy to underestimate — great transport links, surrounded by the Peak District, and genuinely friendly people. Serving businesses across the UK from here.
I’m looking for businesses who want IT support built on a genuine relationship — where you know who you’re calling and they know your setup before you finish the first sentence. If that sounds like what you’ve been missing, let’s talk.
